Terrica McClendon

Terrica Wright is a native of Atlanta, GA and a graduate of Tuskegee University where she received a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in English. Upon graduating, Terrica begin building a career in the field of education where she thought she’d stay and eventually retire from, but life had other plans. After 5 years in education where she successfully built a tutoring company from the ground up, she decided that it was time to take a different turn. In 2016, she dissolved her company of 15 tutors and pursued her real estate license. Unsure of exactly how things would turn out, she obtained her license that same year and she’s never looked back.

With 3 thriving years of fulltime real estate under her belt, Terrica has moved her way up through the ranks at an incredible speed; tripling her productivity and sales volume year after year- being recognized in the top 15% of Realtors in Atlanta. Terrica attributes her success to none other than the ability to connect with people and to build strong relationships with others. Terrica’s personality is often described by others as bright, buoyant and genuine. After selling 10 Million in real estate, she knows that getting her clients to the closing table isn’t just about having the knowledge, but about successfully navigating a working relationship working with others (negotiating), treating people right, maintaining integrity, and remaining professional at all times.
